Here’s how the website work is scoped, what we need from you, and what to expect along the way.
A standard page explains one main topic, such as your services, story, work, or contact details, using the agreed website design. Stores, member areas, custom applications, and advanced integrations need a separate scope. We’ll confirm the page list and any additional requirements in your proposal.
You provide accurate business facts, service details, brand assets, and any photos you have permission to use. We turn those facts into the initial website copy. Complex copywriting, photography, new brand work, and paid assets are scoped separately.
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design and content. Both website packages include 2 rounds. A new direction, extra pages, or new features can change the scope; we’ll discuss that before proceeding.
Hosting, SSL, backups, technical maintenance, and form checks. It supports the website after launch, alongside the small-update allowance in your plan. Your agreement will explain the service limits and how to request help.
Up to 3 straightforward text or image changes on existing pages using the current layout. Launch includes 1 batch each month and Evolve includes 3. Batches do not roll over. New pages, redesigned sections, and custom development are separate work. Fixing a defect in our work does not use a batch.
A defined monthly search and conversion improvement cycle, plus a brief report. We’ll focus on an agreed opportunity in the existing website, such as clearer page copy or a better call to action. This does not include unlimited content, ad management, or guaranteed rankings or inquiries. Evolve also includes a 20-minute quarterly review.
Your proposal will show the setup payment schedule, when monthly service begins, and any separately agreed costs. You can review those details before committing.
Your agreement will distinguish your content and domain, custom work, and any third-party software or licensed assets. We’ll explain ownership, access, and any transfer conditions before you commit.
We’ll explain notice requirements, what happens to hosting and licensed services, and what export or migration support is included before you choose a plan. Those terms will be set out in your agreement.
We’ll agree on a schedule after the scope and required content are clear. For ongoing requests, we’ll explain how to contact us and the applicable response and scheduling expectations.

From intake and booking to a more specific workflow, we’ll look at what you need and the systems you already use. The proposal will identify what we can deliver, any integrations, and the software and support costs involved.
